This is the ultimate sweet snack that is tasty, decadent, and good for you. This is one sweet treat that can curb that craving while not setting you back on your journey of being healthy and fit! Enjoy! Make sure you comment below if you try them.
• 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
• 1 scoop Beachbody Whey Protein Powder
• ½ cup natural peanut butter
• ½ banana
• ½ cup rolled oats
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Freeze for at least 90 minutes in an 8″ x 8″ pan.
4. Remove from freezer, cut into 4 squares.
